Business Disputes

When a business relationship breaks down, you need a lawyer who can read the contract, argue it in Mexican court, and explain the strategy in your preferred language. We handle partnership disputes, breach of contract, vendor and supplier conflicts, non-payment collections, employment terminations and claims, and commercial litigation.
What we handle

- Breach of contract claims and defense
- Commercial collections and non-payment
- Vendor and supplier disputes
- Employment termination and labor claims
- Injunctions and provisional remedies
How the engagement works
- Initial consultation. You describe the situation in English or Spanish — whichever you prefer. We tell you whether it's something we can help with.
- Engagement letter & fee. Flat fee where possible. Hourly with a written estimate where not.
- We run the matter. Filings, correspondence, notary visits, court appearances. You get updates in your preferred language after each step.
- You approve before we sign. No document gets filed on your behalf without your written sign-off.
